- Manotsav Foundation is driven by the vision of raising awareness and addressing mental health challenges in children and adolescents. As an intern, you’ll be part of a compassionate team, working towards promoting mental well-being and holistic development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting engaging awareness drives to promote mental health among the youth
- Coordinating different phases of projects to ensure their success
- Assisting in conducting workshops for schools and organizations
- Generating creative ideas for support group activities for children and youth
- Creating compelling content for our social media platforms
Selection will be based on your application and a personal interview. We value good communication skills and responsiveness, along with your ability to connect and interact with people effectively.

About the Program
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Work under the guidance of a mentor to perform specific tasks aligned with the organization’s goals
- Conduct awareness drives for promoting mental health in youth and coordinating different phases of the project
- Reach out to students & faculties and facilitate mental health-related information
- Engage in ongoing research and help with the content development in clinical research
- Assist and develop resources for children with special needs- age and diagnosis-specific
- Assist in idea generation of support group activities for children and parents
- Extract creative ideas from the university community so as to utilize those ideas in specific functions within the company
