“Mann Mahotsav” an open community event organised by Manotsav Foundation was held on 1st March 2020 at Carters Amphitheatre, Bandra. It was curated by mental health professionals with a vision to celebrate mental health, provide information about mental health related topics of people’s interest, inform people about mental health hygiene and provide tips to improve it.
We at Manotsav, through our community outreach initiatives, advocate and create awareness about various aspects of mental health among people. It was an unique event put together for people to de-stress and learn tips to keep one’s mind healthy! An evening full of soothing music, enriching talks, poetry, stand-up comedy and puppet show, rejuvenating zumba and mindfulness session!
